About FACP

About FACP

The Federation for Asian Cultural Promotion (FACP) was initiated in Taipei in 1979 and officially founded in Manila in 1981. This international non-profit organization gathers together prominent promoters, creators, producers, agents, and art administrators all over Asia, and strives to promote traditional Asian cultural heritages and foster art creation, while keeping in close interaction and collaboration with global professionals in the art and culture arena. For the past 25 years, FACP has been acclaimed as one of the most important international cultural promotion associations.

Following the first annual conference in Manila, the second conference in Taipei, and the third conference in Tokyo, Asian cities take turns holding this prominent conference yearly. The hosting cities in the past, amongst others, have included Seoul, Kaohsiung, Chiang Mai, Kobe, Yokohama, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Macau, Jeju, Singapore, Melbourne, Bangkok, etc. Last year, the 24th annual conference was held in Urumchi.

It is our great privilege to organize the 25th FACP annual conference in Kaohsiung, a city with abundant potentials and energies. The four-day conference will include eight seminar sessions, performances and excursion. There will also be booths open for members to showcase their information and resources, and we believe this will be a good platform for cultural and business exchanges for all the participants. We sincerely appreciate and look forward to your participation.
